Everyone make sure to attend Warren County's RELAY FOR LIFE.
When: Friday June 6, 2008 6 PM
Where: Warren County Middle School's Nunley Stadium
Why: All proceeds support the American Cancer Society
and its effort to support those affected by cancer and to eventually find a cure!
Everyone should attend this event! Teams made up of people from all over the community set up booths on the football field in order to raise money for the American Cancer Society. These booths offer a little bit of everything; food, crafts, games, face painting, hair styling, yard sales, etc. etc. etc. There's a friendly competition to see which team can raise the most money and they'll go to almost any length to be the winner....'Male Cross-Dressing Beauty Pageant' anyone?
J.A. won't have a booth there this year but our ladies are on several of the other teams so make sure to go and support them and the cause!
